Our Client is one of the most recognized Premium branded products in the fashion industry. The company has been operating for more than 50 years across the globe. Main distribution channel is set out in the selective Clientele along the international chain stores as well as boutiques. Due to the expansion in Central Europe region we are looking to employ an experienced and highly motivated Training Manager to develop and implement training program to the organization.
- Identify training needs in the organization according to company and market expectations
- Develop and organize training program for organization on various levels
- Cooperate with Europe Training Manager to improve training quality
- Build and implement training standards for the organization
- Measure and check regularly effectiveness of given trainings
- Visit local markets selective network to check the Brand quality of execution.
- Report to CEE General Manager and Training Manager Europe
- Master Degree
- Several years of experience in training position in international organization with Train the Trainers skills
- Knowledge and experience in retail / premium products
- Experience in sales position with proven successes will be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Charismatic leader with focus on results
- Fluency in English, French will be a plus
